Seller replies. If we've reviewed your product and you think we've been unfair, write in. We won't take a review down for being unwelcome, but we will correct anything factually wrong, and we'll publish your response alongside it if you want that.

What we can't help with

We can't access, refund, cancel or troubleshoot an order you placed with someone else — we're not the seller and we have no visibility into anyone's account. Each review names the seller and the retailer handling payment; that's where an order problem has to go.
