The ReviewDesk

About

The Review Desk is a small independent publication launched in August 2026. We review digital products by reading their sales materials, terms and small print, then separating what is delivered from how it is marketed.

The Review Desk team — we started this site to make the plain facts about digital products easier to find before anyone buys.

Why it exists

Digital products are sold through pages engineered over years of testing to be persuasive. That's not a scandal; it's the job. But it means the page you're reading is optimised for a decision, not for a description, and the plain facts — what arrives, what it costs, what happens if you don't like it — are often the hardest things to find on it.

This site tries to write down those plain facts. That's the whole ambition.

What we are not

We are not a consumer watchdog, a licensed advisor of any kind, or a testing laboratory. We don't have a relationship with the sellers we write about beyond public affiliate programmes, and we have no ability to resolve an order problem for you — for that you need the seller or the retailer handling the transaction, and our reviews say which is which.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, we want to fix it, and we'd rather hear it from you than leave it standing. Write to us at the contact page. Corrections to a published review are made on the page itself with a note saying what changed and when.
